This posting is issued as a Special Notice and is not a Request for Proposals; the underlying CLDC acquisition is currently on hold while NASA supports the next phase through funded Space Act Agreements (SAAs). Industry access to EXP-CTRL controlled documents requires submitting a signed CLDP Export Control Request Form.
