Description: NASA's Johnson Space Center is establishing the CLDC Technical Library to provide a centralized, continuously updated repository of technical documents, NASA technical standards, center capabilities materials, and controlled/uncontrolled data drops for potential offerors preparing for the upcoming Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Destination Contract (CLDC). This posting is issued as a Special Notice and is not a Request for Proposals; the underlying CLDC acquisition is currently on hold while NASA supports the next phase through funded Space Act Agreements (SAAs). Industry access to EXP-CTRL controlled documents requires submitting a signed CLDP Export Control Request Form.
