Louisiana International Terminal, EJP Access Roads

Description: Road package includes development of driveway and access roads to the international terminal site to prepare the site for subsequent construction activities. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for clearing and grubbing, topsoil and vegetation disposal off-site, driveway connections with asphalt to drive, site construction access roads, bridge-protection headache bars, drainage ditches and culverts, concrete slabs for crossing active boardwalk 16 high-pressure gas line, marking and protection of existing utilities (parish water line boardwalk pipeline, AT&T fiber, Entergy underground power, and Entergy aerial lines), and construction traffic control signage.
