Lonestar Landing Sec 4 Paving

Description: Work includes paving facilities. 1,434 CY roadway excavation, including hauling, spreading, and compacting on-site to achieve final lot grades. This is the volumetric difference between the existing surface and the proposed top of subgrade, within the extents of the subgrade; 27,253 CY site excavation, to be spread and compact (to 95%) onsite to achieve final grades. This is the volumetric difference between the existing surface and the proposed surface, outside the extents of the subgrade (excluding roadway excavation). See attached file.
