Little Rock Central High Corridor PH1

Description: The proposed project scope includes a Phase 1 of the Central High Corridor that will construct a multi-use trail including repairing a landslide in the riverbank of the River to provide a connecting segment of the River Trail Loop from the Trail of Tears National Historic Monument at La Petite Roche in downtown Little Rock to the Central High School National Historic Site. Schedule A - The landslide repair work includes excavation and stockpile of approx. 11,000 CY of displaced earthen fill, construction of a stone base layer, and reconstruction of the earthen fill in geogrid-reinforced lifts. Schedule B - The trail work includes construction of approximately 1,800 feet in length, 16-foot-wide multi-use paved trail with associated retaining wall, handrails, and drainage work.
