The City of Dublin seeks qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CM At-Risk) services for the Water Works Building Renovation project.

Provide all pre-construction and construction management services for the comprehensive hvac renovation. Phase i – pre-construction design the awarded construction management firm will work closely with the project architect and school board staff. Pre-construction services shall include, but not limited to, conceptual design participation, conceptual budgets, cost estimating, design development participation, conceptual scheduling and participation in all presentations to school board and affiliated committees. The awarded construction management firm will provide full pre- construction services as indicated, but not limited to the following: pre-construction activities: i. Provide or review project requirements, educational specifications, on and off-site development, survey requirements, preliminary budget, and make recommendations for revisions. Ii. Prepare project schedule, including critical path elements, responsibilities of the owner, construction manager, mechanical engineer, and outside agencies and update monthly throughout the duration of the contract. Iii. Provide project delivery options for the design, bid, and packaging of projects for efficient scheduling, cost control and financial resource management. See attached file.
