Description: The City of Newnan requests Statements of Qualifications from licensed architectural, structural engineering, and land surveying firms to provide professional services for planning, design, and implementation of new home construction and residential rehabilitation under the Chalk Level Area Housing Rehabilitation Program. Selected firms will be engaged on an as-needed basis for site surveys, structural assessments, architectural drawings, and construction phase support; the program is administered locally and is supported by a $4.6M Congressionally Directed Spending allocation.
