Liquid Sludge Hauling Services for Wastewater Treatment Plants at Myersville and Hagerstown Central Region - SBR Procurement
This is an Invitation for Bid, not a grant program, for liquid sludge hauling services at four wastewater treatment facilities operated by the Maryland Environmental Service. The work covers collection, transportation, and disposal of sludge from facilities in Washington and Frederick Counties, including sites near Hagerstown, Sabillasville, South Mountain, and Myersville.
