Description: Project will be a complete refit of the existing pump station. Work includes selected demolition of site structures and equipment, sewage bypass pumping, polymer concrete manhole, piping, submersible sewage pumps, submersible mixer, prefabricated climate controlled electrical building, new electrical system, PLC controls, VFD motor drives, generator, fuel tank, stormwater improvements, paving, fencing, electrical and water connections to odor control and chemical feed systems supplied by others, and coordination of a new electrical feed by TECO. Coating the overflow wet well is included as an add-alternate.
