Liberty, W Main, and Starmount Pump Stations Decommissioning RFP

Description: The Town of Clayton is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Liberty, W Main, and Starmount Pump Stations Decommissioning project (Bid #700-ENG-2026-17). The scope includes decommissioning three pump stations, installing approximately 2,694 LF of 8\" PVC and DI sanitary sewer line, 16 manholes, and 280 LF of PVC water line for the Liberty and West Main stations, and approximately 1,877 LF of 8\" PVC sanitary sewer line, 11 manholes, and 800 LF of water line replacement for the Starmount station.
