SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF AN AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY GENERATOR RFP
The Town of Amherst is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to remove the existing emergency backup generator at the Amherst Fire Station and supply, install, test, and commission a new automatic standby generator system. The system must support the entire fire station during utility power interruptions and include the required labour, materials, engineering, permits, equipment, testing, training, documentation, warranty, and regulatory approvals. For RFP-26-08, proponents must submit electronically to procurement@amherst.ca by September 16, 2026, at 2:00:00 p.m. local time, following the mandatory site visit scheduled for September 3, 2026.
