Legislative Advocacy Services RFP

Description: The City of Dunedin seeks qualified, experienced, and licensed firms to provide professional legislative advocacy services under contract. The consultant will represent the Mayor and City Commission before the Florida State Legislature, the U.S. Federal Legislature, and other quasi-governmental bodies, providing lobbying, policy analysis, advocacy support, legislative monitoring, position papers, and direct testimony. Services are to be provided as needed in coordination with City Administration, and consultants must hold applicable state licenses and demonstrate successful lobbying experience.
