Lee Bell Park Prefabricated Restroom Project

Work consists of the construction of the foundations and utilities for the new restroom building, installation of the restroom building, concrete walkway, asphalt walkway, utilities, and other incidental items. Principal items of work in the project include: 1 LS supply & install 12' x 28' prefab restroom building; 1 LS electrical service and all electrical work, including electrical connection, 2.5" electrical conduit & minimum #1 awg cu conductors.

Work includes but is not limited to; demolish four (4) existing restroom buildings and adjacent concrete pads, this includes disconnecting existing water and sewer connections as well as electrical connections; reconfigure accessible pathways as necessary as well as accessible parking locations, including edge grind existing paving, install new paving, striping, concrete, curbing, wheel stops, signage and bollards. Construct new concrete pathways; re-grade pads, prep pads per pre-manufactured restroom requirements, procure and install four new prefabricated restroom buildings, new concrete around new restrooms, connection of existing feeder to new restrooms power panel, addition of convenience circuits in mechanical room and install new water and sewer tie ins, shutoff valves, pipes, cleanouts and appurtenances. Landscaping edging, bonded cobble rock, irrigation retrofit and grass seeding.
