Submissions must include a scaled architectural/CAD drawing, a Business Terms Sheet, a Resiliency & Sustainability Summary, a Program Summary, the OGS Lease Boilerplate, and various supporting forms, and must include prevailing-wage compliance, green-lease/resiliency attributes, accessibility, and EV-charging accommodations.
