Lease of Oki Park Open Space RFP

Description: The City of Sacramento is seeking a non-profit, community-based organization to lease and operate the approximately two-acre Oki Park Open Space as an urban farm and community garden. The selected lessee will manage daily operations, maintenance, irrigation, safety, public access, and community engagement and educational programming. The lease term is five years with one optional five-year extension, and qualifying local businesses may receive a 5% preference.
