Lease and Management Services for the City of Graham's Solid Waste Convenience Station - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide lease and management services for the city solid waste convenience station. The proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, operational management, and equipment (unless otherwise stated) necessary to operate the facility, including: operating the facility during city-approved hours; accepting and managing authorized waste materials; controlling site access, traffic flow, and customer safety.
