Learning Management System for USACE - (Request for Information)

Description: The Contractor shall execute the following core technical tasks: Task 5.1: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions & Scalability: SaaS Subscriptions: The Contractor shall provision and maintain one (1) production instance and one (1) sandbox/ testing instance of the Cornerstone Learning Management SaaS application, authorized at a FedRAMP Moderate baseline. Subscription Scale: The SaaS subscription model must support the enterprise-wide footprint of approxi. 36,000 active civilian, military, and external user accounts. Platform Scalability: The Contractor shall provide a standard, pre-priced mechanism that allows the Government to procure additional user licenses or add-on software modules (e.g., additional compliance connectors) at any point during the period of performance via a bilateral contract modification.
