LEAP Digital & TV Advertising 2026 (Request For Quote)
The Project consists of but not limited to best value quotes from Digital Media vendors to advertise Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) on Television and Web-Based (on-air or streaming) programs in English and Spanish; broadcast of 30 and 15 second media spots on local networks; record and run interviews/info sessions with staff about the LEAP program; airtime to run audio commercials and Public Service Announcement (PSA) spots.
