Summary
Perform construction management services for repair/install sidewalks, bike facilities, landscaping, and upgrade accessibility (ADA), water, sewer, and stormwater utility upgrades including: Constructability review of plans; bid package review; review and approval of SWPPP, TESC, and SPCC; ROM management; coordination of construction easements; submittal reviews; onsite inspection; maintain daily reports and photographic log; collect delivery tickets and label with bid item number; document materials delivered; interpret contract documents; weekly verification with contractor on installed bid item quantities; weekly oversight of contractor's record drawings; ensure cultural resources report is followed; retain a material testing firm as a subconsultant; scheduling material testing and review of test results; problem-solve with contractor onsite and include city; coordination related to direct construction impacts on the public; coordination of RFIs, COPs, force accounts, and change orders; landscape inspection; review and coordination of traffic control activities/documentation; coordinate punch list items; and coordinate ADA features survey.
