The City of Port Townsend's Active Transportation Plan outlines four key strategies: ADA Priority Routes, Connected Routes, Recreational Trail System, and Culture. It aims to build a more connected, safe, and accessible transportation network by addressing long-term ADA improvements, fostering continuous routes through incremental enhancements, and promoting a culture that respects active transportation.
