Berkeley County School District (BCSD) has considered all of the proposals submitted for the above
referenced solicitation. BCSD hereby notifies the awarded vendors named below that their offer has been
accepted. This award is subject to approval by the Berkeley County School Board. The request for approval
will be submitted to the Capital Planning subcommittee of the Board and the full School Board meeting
scheduled on November 16, 2026.
The initial contract period shall begin on November 17, 2026, and can be extended for an additional
four (4) years, in automatic single year increments, through November 16, 2031. The Superintendent may extend this
contract for an additional two (2) additional years.
Any actual offeror who is aggrieved in connection with the intended award shall notify the Chief Finance Officer
(CFO) in writing of its intent to protest within seven (7) business days of the date that award or notification of intent to
award, whichever is earlier, is posted and sent in accordance with the BCSD Procurement Code. The actual protest
must be filed with the CFO within fifteen (15) calendar days of the award or intended award.
This notice, the original solicitation, any amendments or attachments to the original solicitation, and the
proposal submitted by the awarded vendors shall be the full agreement between both parties, unless
otherwise amended in writing and signed by both parties.
