The project also includes a new wastewater treatment attached growth package plant consisting of a new building with screening, primary treatment tanks, eq/dosing pump tank, moving bed bioreactor (mbbr) system, aeration, secondary clarifier, sludge pump, sand filtration, uv disinfection, lab equipment, site work, and appurtenances.
