Landscaping and Ground Maintenance Services for UTS Bauer House (RFP)

Description: Provide landscaping and ground maintenance services. Mowing - the contractor will be responsible throughout the contract period to mow and trim all turf areas weekly during the growing season and as required during the winter months. The height of cutting shall be consistently maintained at 4" to prevent scalping or scalding. Edging - the contractor will be responsible throughout the contract period to edge turf along sidewalks, stepping stones, steel edging, structures, curbs, and driveways with string trimmers during the growing season.
