Landfill Post-Closure Support Services for Solid Waste Permit Compliance RFQ

Description: This Request for Qualifications is for a qualified firm to provide landfill post-closure engineering and technical support services for the Port Angeles Landfill. The work includes regulatory monitoring and reporting, operations and maintenance support for the landfill's engineered systems, and technical assistance necessary to maintain compliance with the City's Solid Waste Handling Facility Permit, Clallam County Code Chapter 41.11, the Minimum Functional Standards for Solid Waste Handling (Chapter 173-304 WAC), and the Criteria for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (Chapter 173-351 WAC).
