Work includes regulatory monitoring and reporting, operations and maintenance support for the landfill's engineered systems, and technical assistance necessary to maintain compliance with the city's solid waste handling facility permit, the minimum functional standards for solid waste handling and the criteria for municipal solid waste landfills.
