Sealed qualifications endorsed "RFQ - Licking County Transit TDP" will be received at the Donald D. Hill County Administration Building in the Commissioner's office (4th floor), 20 S. 2nd Street, Newark, OH 43055 until January 15, 2027, at 3:00 p.m. EST, where they will be opened and read aloud. The Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Licking County website, posted under Bids & RFPs. Each firm/individual that obtains a Request for Qualifications package shall complete and return the RFQ Receipt Form in order to receive any necessary correspondence. All questions should be directed to Mona Large, LCATS Transit Planner & Mobility Manager (contact information available in the RFQ package). Firms must meet all applicable qualifications and procurement requirements stated in this RFQ to be considered.
