The work also includes all specified, indicated and shown electrical equipment, appliances, appurtenances, furnishings, electro-magnetic flowmeter, instrumentation and controls, accessories, tests and sundry parts and material as shall be necessary and required for a completely operable installation satisfactory to the Engineer.
