Lake Loveland Inlet Tower Rehabilitation Project

Description: The City of Greeley is soliciting bids to rehabilitate the Lake Loveland Raw Water Inlet Tower, which conveys raw water through three intake gates to the Boyd Water Treatment Plant serving Greeley. Work includes replacing the tower’s existing fiberglass building with an identical replacement and other rehabilitation improvements; construction is intended for December 7–31, 2026, and must avoid a separate concrete-tower painting project planned to finish December 4. A strongly encouraged pre-bid event is scheduled for October 12, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.; bids close October 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT.
