These buildings have a total of 357 apartments amongst the three buildings. The contractor will obtain all permits and coordinate all inspections required by local authorized agencies having jurisdiction. The contractor will provide all materials and labor for a complete electrical installation. All electrical materials, devices, appliances, and equipment will be new and bear the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) label where available. The above list is not exhaustive, and the specifications manual and drawings included in the solicitation should be studied carefully for a comprehensive scope of work and job requirements.
