Lake Granbury Crossing Electrical Infrastructure Remediation Project

The City of Granbury seeks an electrical contractor to construct the underground electrical distribution system for the Granbury Patio Homes Subdivision. Work includes converting existing overhead infrastructure to a new underground system and installing transformers, conduit, cabling, riser poles, sectionalizing equipment, streetlighting, and related appurtenances. The project serves a proposed 63‑parcel residential subdivision along East Moore Street between East Barton Street and Victoria Court.

The HPHA is pursuing a project to update and replace the electrical infrastructure at our three high rise properties. These buildings have a total of 357 apartments amongst the three buildings. The contractor will obtain all permits and coordinate all inspections required by local authorized agencies having jurisdiction. The contractor will provide all materials and labor for a complete electrical installation. All electrical materials, devices, appliances, and equipment will be new and bear the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL) label where available. The above list is not exhaustive, and the specifications manual and drawings included in the solicitation should be studied carefully for a comprehensive scope of work and job requirements.

Seeking Self-Supported Electrical Infrastructure Poles.

The City of Lodi is soliciting proposals for soil vapor remediation at the Central Plume site, including removal of concrete slab and contaminated soil, installation of a passive subslab depressurization system, and replacement of the slab and related external remediation work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and the project includes significant hazardous-material remediation tasks and related improvements. The work is a procurement for remediation/construction services (not a grant) with an AI-estimated budget range of approximately $500,000–$2,000,000.
