LACL 310751 - Replace Two Housing Units Lost to Structural Fire

Description: This project will encompass the following tasks: building (2) triplex residences located within the port complex utilizing the national park service housing prototype designs and modifications done in schematic design. The building will be maintenance friendly and constructed to be energy efficient. The building will be connected to the existing water and wastewater system and have fire suppression. This project will also include construction of the roads, water, sewer, and electrical service which will connect to the existing roads, wellhouse, and wastewater treatment facility.
