Lab - Viral Load Molecular Testing CPT Bridge
This procurement Special Notice, rather than a grant program, announces the Department of Veterans Affairs’ intent to award Roche Diagnostics Corporation a sole-source bridge contract for viral-load molecular diagnostic testing equipment, supplies, and services. The six-month base period is planned for October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with one six-month option period, supporting continued CPT molecular testing while new analyzers are delivered, installed, and validated at James J. Peters VA Medical Center. The notice is not a request for quotes, but responsible sources may submit capability statements by September 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
