KY 15 Waterline and Sewer Extensions Project

Description: Work include construction and extension of essential water and sewer services to an undeveloped site. Project consists of the installation of waterlines, fire hydrants, gate valves, a master meter vault, a prv vault, sewer lines, and manholes. The purpose of this project is to extend essential municipal utility infrastructure to the site, eliminating critical infrastructure deficiencies and transforming raw land into a serviced asset for a planned multi-phased mixed-use development.
