Description: The South Carolina Commission on Higher Education (CHE) serves as the state's coordinating board for higher education. Its mission is to promote quality and efficiency in the state system of higher education with the goal of fostering economic growth and human development in South Carolina. CHE leverages information technology to accomplish its mission. CHE has partnered with KOPIS in the past for the development of the legacy system CHEMIS and to build a robust ETL process. CHE has completed a project to upgrade the system to a new platform, the CHEMIS 2.0 application and data reports in Power BI. The Commission would like to enter into an agreement to continue the support and maintenance for their Poser BI, ETL and Connect applications.
