Kingsport Bike Park Phase III RFP

Description: The City of Kingsport is seeking sealed bids for construction of Phase III of its bike-park/pump-track facility, including site grading, earthwork, trail and pavement installation, masonry, possible structural elements, lighting, and related utility work. Bidders must hold a valid Tennessee Contractor’s License and disclose subcontractor licenses on the outside of the bid envelope. The solicitation requires a 5% bid bond or certified check, 100% performance and payment bonds, and a $50 fee for the full solicitation documents.
