King County Mouth of the Duwamish Combined Sewer Overflow (MDCSO) Wet Weather Treatment Station Project: BP #4 - SC/CM (Ground Improvements & Slurry Wall). The civil scope of work for the project includes ground improvements such as deep soil mixing, rigid inclusions or CFA piles. This scope also includes slurry wall construction. Civil work which includes all ground improvements and installation of slurry wall systems required for the below-grade 4.5mil gal tank.

The GC/CM is seeking an electrical subcontractor to participate as a member of a team during the preconstruction phase. The electrical subcontractor must be skilled in all aspects typical of their trade scope of work including to developing critical path method (CPM) schedules, preparing construction estimates, performing value engineering and life-cycle cost studies, analyzing alternative designs, studying labor conditions, understanding construction methods and techniques, performing constructability reviews, space coordination with subcontractors, existing conditions and structure, utilizing BIM to coordinate and detail electrical systems, phasing and sequencing of work, and coordinating and communicating the activities of the team throughout the design and construction phases to all members of the project delivery team. In addition, the electrical subcontractor must be familiar with the local market and be capable of working with their sub-tiers and suppliers to generate viable pricing alternatives.
