Kalispel tribe dike repair. This project consists of dewatering the site, providing erosion control, excavating the existing dike soil and stockpiling, removing the 36" diameter dike culvert and anti-seep collars, if in suitable condition, as determined by the COR, resetting the existing dike culvert and anti-seep collars, placing riprap and nonwoven geotextile around the culvert outlet, backfilling and compacting the dike. If the existing 36" diameter dike culvert and anti-seep collars are not salvageable, then a new 36" diameter culvert and anti-seep collars will be installed as specified.

01 - GPC - Dam and Dike Repairs and Renovations
In general, the work consists of: the removal of an earthen dam at Wildlife Area; and earthwork, maintenance, and repairs of earthen berms, removal of two water control structures, and the replacement of two culvert pipes, at the Wildlife Area. Earthwork at Princes Point includes excavation and repair of muskrat holes, filling low spots, and lowering of a 200 ft portion of the north berm.
