Junior Pioneer Park Watermain Crossing Project RFP

Description: The City of New Ulm, Minnesota is soliciting sealed bids for the Junior Pioneer Park Watermain Crossing Project, which involves installation of approximately 1,140 linear feet of watermain via trenchless directional drilling through Junior Pioneer Park to extend and loop the system, including 12-inch and 8-inch live-tap watermain connections, erosion and sediment control, temporary traffic control, and turf establishment. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Office of the Finance Director at New Ulm City Hall (100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073) prior to the public bid opening at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check for not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount payable to the City, and the bid will remain subject to acceptance for 45 days after the bid opening.
