Judy Reservoir WTP Disinfection System Replacement Project (Invitation to Bid)

Description: Installation of a new hydrochlorination system at the Judy Reservoir WTP. The Project will include the construction of a new building for bulk hypochlorite storage and a chemical feed system. The new building will include site work, HVAC, electrical, and control systems. To achieve continuity of service throughout the project, portions of the existing chlorine gas feed system will be maintained during the installation of new hypochlorite feed facilities. Also included is the replacement of the chlorine dioxide system 1-ton gas cylinders with 150-lb cylinders, including cylinder scales, cylinder storage mounts, and scrubber ventilation modifications.
