Journal Supplement for Public Health Reports

Description: The Office of the Surgeon General intends to order a supplemental print and online issue of Public Health Reports entitled “Scientific Foundations of the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2025-2020: Chapter Perspectives and Research Priorities” from the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health. The proposed acquisition is intended to be negotiated on a sole-source basis under FAR 13.501 because the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health holds the publishing arrangement with Sage Publications. Interested responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the contracting officer by the response deadline, although the submission will be used to assess competition and will not itself constitute a solicitation response.
