Grazing lease in Section 27, TlN, R7W, I.M, containing approx. 70 acres. The Lessee will be responsible for the maintenance of all perimeter fences, cattle guards, and water gaps. Any improvements placed upon the land shall become the property of the City. The term of the lease will be for three (3) years beginning January 1, 2027.
