The City of Marina is soliciting sealed proposals for the Imjin Parkway & 3rd Avenue Intersection Improvements Project, which includes installation of traffic signals, traffic signal foundations and cabinets, conduit and wiring, street lighting, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp work, curb and gutter, median reconstruction, drainage inlets, and signing and striping improvements. Proposals must be received by the City Engineer at 209 Cypress Avenue, Marina, CA, by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 21, 2026; bidders must possess the appropriate Contractor license (Class A or C-10) and comply with California prevailing wage and public works registration requirements. Plans and specifications are available by emailing bids@cityofmarina.org or by calling (831) 884-1212 for hard copies (non-refundable fee applies).
