Comal County is requesting Statement of Qualifications from certified Meical Examiners for the services listed in this RFQ.

City of Phoenix

An on-call basis to provide water main replacement right-of-way job order contracting services. Require design services, the Contractor shall seek the services of an Arizona registered professional architect and/or engineer to prepare plans for permitting. Perform the following construction services, including, but not limited to: installation of 4", 6", 8", and 12" water mains and valves installation of fire hydrants and fire lines installation of water service taps and services lines abandonment and cut & plug of existing water mains removal of existing fire hydrants removal and replacement of concrete, asphalt, landscaping, etc., as needed, to complete new main work and abandon existing mains.
