Work includes installation of new siding on moss house. Install new soffit lumber around roof perimeter, approx., 250 LF. Remove existing shims and install new fascia lumber onto existing 2x sub-fascia board, approximately 275 LF. Install new 1" thick mounting block for a future electric meeting can and shut off. Remove and replace all window and door trim with new PVC trim.

The project is to provide construction services for the phased removal of the existing wood siding system and installation of a new fiber cement plank siding system on Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. The work includes necessary surface preparation, underlayment/ building wrap, sheathing repair or replacement as needed, removal and reinstallation of exterior fixtures and devices, and related work.
