JBMHH Stables 236 Follow-On Requirements

Description: USACE Baltimore District is conducting market research to identify firms capable of performing historic renovations and facility upgrades at The Old Guard (TOG) Paddock and Stables 236 at Fort Myer, Virginia. The anticipated work includes architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety upgrades, including lead abatement, historic brick masonry and roof repairs, ventilation reconfiguration, and fire-protection upgrades around active draft horses. The government is seeking industry feedback on whether to use a one-step design-build acquisition under 10 USC 2862 or a two-step design-build approach, with responses submitted through the attached Microsoft Form.
