Janitorial Services-Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center & Health Clinic RFP

Description: The City of Racine Public Health Department and Parks, Recreation, & Cultural Services are soliciting bids for full-service janitorial cleaning at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center and its attached health clinic. Work includes daily cleaning of public areas, treatment rooms, offices, and ancillary spaces, as well as restroom maintenance, trash removal, floor care, and other custodial duties specified in the bid documents. Contractors must comply with City health and safety regulations and provide their own PPE for the mandatory site visit, and the award will go to the lowest responsive bid meeting the specifications.
