Janitorial Maintenance Equipment M-308(5) - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Janitorial maintenance equipment consists of, but is not limited to vacuums, extractors, blowers, shampooers, sweepers, burnishers, automatic scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums. This Solicitation also includes consumable repair parts and accessories for all machines. The following are some examples of brands on the current contract: Trident, Tennant, Tornado, Nacecare, Square Scrub, Kaivac, Minutman, Multi-Clean, Clorox, Betco, IPC Eagle, Graco, Crusader and Proteam. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional forty-eight (48) months in increments determined by the State.
