James Agricultural Lease

Description: Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS), Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 69.3 acres of the James Open Space property. The property is located at the Northwest corner of Highway 66 and 61st Street, Longmont, Colorado. The main access to the property is on the North side of Highway 66. Previous agricultural production on the property has consisted of hay production and livestock grazing.
