Dougherty Agricultural Lease

Description: Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS), Agricultural Resources Division, is seeking proposals from qualified parties to lease approximately 197.1 acres of the Dougherty (Litzenberger) and Dougherty (Dorothy) Open Space properties. The properties are located at the Northeast corner of Highway 287 and Oxford Road, Longmont Colorado. The main access to the leased properties is on the North side of Oxford Road approximately 1/4 mile east of the intersection of Highway 287 and Oxford Road. Previous agricultural production on the property consisted of flood irrigated and dryland commodity crops production.
