Seeks competitive bids from qualified, NHDES-permitted professionals to perform turnkey installation of a new Individual Sewage Disposal System (ISDS) at the location noted above. The existing system is in a state of failure. The site assessment and soil testing have already been completed including deep hole and percolation tests. The design for the new system has been completed by RCS Designs of Newbury, NH and is included with this IFB. NHDES has already issued an Approval for Construction for this project.
