Description: The City of Richland Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the George Washington Way Sidewalk Improvements Rebid Project. Work consists of placing sidewalk, a pedestrian handrail, and a block retaining wall along the east side of George Washington Way between Comstock Street and Bradley Boulevard. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline, and disadvantaged business enterprises are to be given a full and fair opportunity to bid without discrimination based on race, color, or national origin.
